Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry form, call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we collect the details you choose to share — typically your name, company name, phone number, email address, delivery location, and the product, size, grade and quantity you require.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and caching software records standard technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. This is used to keep the site secure and working correctly.
How we use your information

- To contact you about your requirement by phone, email or WhatsApp.
- To keep records of enquiries and transactions as required for our business, tax and statutory obligations.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for profiling or automated decision-making.
When we share information
We share your details only where it is necessary to serve you or where the law requires it: with transporters, mills and suppliers involved in fulfilling your requirement; with our accountants and auditors; with our website hosting and IT service providers; and with government authorities where we are legally obliged to disclose.
